Hi Everyone! I hope you all have been well and wanted to thank you SO very much for visiting recently while I've been away. I'm just sending a quick shout out to Nate Padavick and Salli Swindell for honoring me today with their kind "favorite of the day" at their awesome blog theydrawandcook.com. They're hosting a 31 day holiday recipe extravaganza and I've been enjoying visiting each day to see all of the fun illustrated recipes. I also sent in another recipe which was shown on Dec. 1st, that I thought I'd share with you here as well as the hot drink is wonderful for the holiday season.
I am planning to return to the blog in the new year..hopefully I'll have something to share, but in the meantime I just want to send my heartfelt wishes of happiness and peace to you and those you love at this time of the year. As I spend valuable time with my family, and as I get older (yoiks), I am 100% certain that we must appreciate each day that we are blessed with.
Big hugs, Shirley
