Awwww Shirley, I absolutely adore these sketches. I love how your drawings are so free and full of life...so carefree. I need more of that in my life. Hugs! :)
There is such a vibrant and wonderful quality to your sketching. It look so much like you painting technique that I can almost see it with the color you will one day add.
Too cute Shirley!! I love how loose and carefree your sketches are, you can really tell these little characters just ooze out of your fingertips, straight from your brain...ok that sounded kinda wierd ;) but what I mean is you capture the essence of your inmagination in just a few great strokes of the pencil! Just magic! You have a knack for showing such a fantastic range of expressions and feelings too. Cant wait to see them painted :)
Super cute! According to the Project you can veer all you want! :) I'm on my way to find you over there...in the meantime, I left you a little love for all your cuteness at my blog!
Ahh these are so delicate and totally charming Shirley. I love the ducks. When I was young we used to buy cards which were illustrated by a lady called Mary Hamilton they were just signed Mary and they were my all time favourites. In fact when my daughter was born 24 years ago my husband managed to find one that celebrated her birth and I still treasure it. Those little ducks take me right back to then....thanks for sharing.
