I did spring too, I love them, they look so happy and sweet! By the way, I think your washes are lovely and you don't need lessons in my opinion, though it never hurts to learn more, I think you handle the medium well. I taught lessons for years and yours are nicely manipulated. If your having a specific difficulty email me and I'll see if I can help.
Hey Shirley! Happy New Year! Oh my gosh! I love the pose and the sweet disposition of your bear. He's so adorable! Great illustrations! Looking forward to your 2010 work. Love the new banner by the way, Very visitor friendly.... which is so perfect for your visitor friendly work :o)
Well, 16 degrees w/wind chill at around 5, plus snow - beautiful, but your dose of spring on paper was good for the soul today! Your watercolors are beautiful Shirley, so full of life and colorful, I too especially love that Monsieur Olivet! Thanks so much for your last commentary on my renewal post I appreciate your encouragement - All the best for 2010....
They're absolutely adorable! I think of the beginning of January as spring, always have done. (Something to do with christmas, then my birthday followed by new years day?)The 1st of January is to me a new beginning :) Happy new year Shirley!xx
They are just breath taking!! Each one Shirley. Sometime I think you live out in the woods and fairies and bears come and visit you. I think you hold garden parties and serve some kind of magical fruit tea nectar. Of this I am sure!!! Happy New Year my friend. These are stellar!! Great work!
Oh, Shirley! A HUGE smile on my face. These are like a breath of fresh air. Just beautiful and sweet, my dear friend.
And a very happy birthday to YOU, too! Hahahaha! It's everybody's birthday is Cesland, apparently. A worldwide celebration. :) (not really my birthday, teehee)
These are just lovely! For Christmas I got the sweetest American Greeting card, and I swear it looks like one of your drawings. Could it be?? Thanks again for all of your kindness, too! You ROCK!!!
