Happy Birthday Mom, and Gung Hay Fat Choy!

Love you, mom! As we round to nearly 2 years since she's been gone, I smile upon this beautiful sunny day here in California and think of my wonderful smiling mom. I miss her tremendously but she's left me with so much love and support that I can't help but smile when I think of her. We will be celebrating with a lemon meringue pie..her favorite. : )

Happy New Year of the Snake! Gung Hay Fat Choy! Wishing everyone a healthy and happy year ahead.

Another update...hopefully we will have internet again tomorrow! We'll see. In the meantime, it has been a very busy few weeks shuttling around to work on work, grab the internet here and there and back to work again.

Hope you all are well..I will be back again to post some photos of the play. Can't wait to see the performance this weekend!

Have a super week ahead everyone and thanks for your kind visits..I hope to visit you all very soon. ~ Shirley

  9. Aww! Happy birthday to your Mom! Enjoy that pie in her honor! Your snake is absolutely precious! I work in the manufacturing business FT, & while our partners overseas are enjoying a much deserved holiday, we spend one afternoon at the office celebrating CYN as well! (That was this past Tuesday)

  11. It's wonderful that you're filled with happy memories of your mom. Oooh, lemon meringue! I hope it was excellent!

It seems like lots of blogging folks lose a bit of blogging momentum at the end of one year and beginning of the next (I know I did)! Wonderful to see your adorable creatures coming out again and I hope your new year is terrific!
