Heartfelt Thank You's!...

...to Sarah, at Koo and Poppet, for asking me to be a part of her "Featured Artist" section at her blog...please check out the article here if you have some time. This is my first ever feature, and I am so honored! And also please do check out her lovely misfits at her shop here. I love 'em, and thank you Sarah for your kindness and friendship!

Thank you also to Brigitte at Atelier Brigitte, and Tom at The Will to Draw, for the wonderful Renee Award. You are both so very kind and so deserving of the award yourselves.

I hope you all swing by these wonderful people's blogs to see their work, their challenges, their goals, their creations. I am so happy to "know" them and call them friends.

  21. Shirley, por tu apellido creo que deberás entender español, no?, bueno si no es así ya me enteraré... veo que además de muy buena con los colores eres muy buena con el lápiz, creo que has recibido un premio,no? Bien, felicitaciones!!

  23. Wow Shirley, just read the article and left a comment for Sarah. It was wonderful! Thanks for explaining your creative process in such detail, I really enjoyed learning more about you. Between the article and your awards info. I feel like I've known you for years!

Thanks too for your recent visit, things are OK. My Mom's surgery was postponed a week due to the surgeon having an emergency. So it's been weird adjusting to the change. I'm trying to get a lot of my own work done with the unexpected time. My FIL has ups and downs, we're trying to be positive.

I really miss visiting blogs daily! Hopefully things will calm down in a month or so. Thanks again! xoxoxoxo Susan
