Fall...it's here!

Monsieur Olivet, just out for a stroll, discovers that Fall, indeed, is here.
Something new for me...trying out a technique that Amy had shown at the workshop regarding backgrounds. I think this is looking a little fire-stormy, though. I will keep working....

  2. I like it very much! It really feels like fall... blustery. In answer to your question... I prefer to draw with the thinnest of thin that I can find... copics, pentels, paint brushes with just 1 or 2 hairs or bristles. If I can't find one I like at the moment. I cut everything off that I don't want and try it out. I love to experiment and discover the possibilities. I consider my blog to be a wonderful playground.

  5. Beautiful! Good Monsieur Olivet is dressed for the windy weather. Those kids in the classroom at the hand wash are so darned adorable.

  6. Wow, you've captured a vivid windy fall day! You can feel the wind hitting Monsieur Olivet, and his body posture is perfect as struggles not to get blown away with those leaves!
